© Securus Technologies, Inc. - Proprietary & Confidential Securus Technologies, Inc. | 25 <br />When reviewing a message that has a word filter word or attachment, other actions can be <br />taken. <br /> ‘Send to Security’ moves the message to a Security bucket for additional assessment. <br />Note that any message sent to the Security bucket because of a word filter will show a <br />paper icon and have an auto assigned reason of ‘Flagged by JPay System’. <br /> <br />From the Security bucket, all of these actions can be taken as well. <br /> <br />Note ‘Return to Customer’ is not operational. <br />‘Send to Rejected’ does not forward the message to the intended recipient and generates <br />an automated message back to F&F or inmate inbox advising the message was rejected. <br />All rejected messages and photos are retained for the facility. Below is an example of how <br />a message is rejected and the associated rejection notification back to the sender.
