a. Dates and attendance of mentoring meetings that equal four (4) hours each month. <br />b. Dates and attendance of visit to another coalition's meeting. <br />4. Performance Work Statement. <br />Coalition Mentoring Project payment penalty: For each business day the final report Section 1. b. (2) is <br />late, there will be a $50 deduction reflected on the next available A-19. Maximum penalty for this <br />Exhibit shall be $500. <br />5. Consideration. Total consideration payable to Contractor for timely and satisfactory performance of <br />the work under this Exhibit is as follows including all expenses and shall and shall be based on the <br />following: <br />a. The source of funds for this project is the Partnerships for Success (PFS) Grant CFDA 93.243 <br />(Year 5 September 30, 2017 to September 29, 2018). <br />b. The current maximum of Exhibit H is $4,000. <br />c. Administrative expenses are limited to a maximum of 8% of the total Targeted Enhancement <br />Project funds. <br />d. Honorariums for guests and participants are not allowed. <br />e.
