po �L KZTTZTAtS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />1al"fITAS CO[INTY <br />Task 05 — NEPA/SEPA Documentation: This task covers increased effort for communication <br />and coordination with regulatory and resource agencies, permit submittals, follow-up needs, and <br />completion of reporting requirements. <br />Task 06 — Documentation, Permit Application, and Acquisition: This task includes increased <br />effort for preparation and submittal of all required permit applications and supporting <br />documentation for the project. See list of permits in attached scope. <br />Task 07 — Hydraulics: This task adds design effort for the Storey Creek site. This task also <br />includes increased design effort at the Lick Creek site due to new direction from the COUNTY <br />to design a new stream channel across DNR property between Teanaway Rd. and the Teanaway <br />River. <br />Task 08 — Right Of Way: This task includes decreased effort required to acquire easement(s) at <br />the Lick Creek site. <br />Task 09 — Project Kickoff Meeting: Additional members of the delivery team will attend one (1) <br />project kickoff meeting. <br />Task 10 — 30% Design Support: This task includes increased design effort during the 30% final <br />design phase due to new direction from the COUNTY to have Jacobs perform the final design at <br />both the Story Creek and Lick Creek sites. <br />Task 11— 60% Over The Shoulder Meeting: This task includes attendance of additional <br />members of the delivery team at one (1) over -the -shoulder meeting to review and document <br />comments on current progress to an approximate 60% level. <br />Task 12 — 90% Design: This task includes increased design effort during the 90% final design <br />phase due to new direction from the COUNTY to have Jacobs perform the final design at both <br />the Story Creek and Lick Creek sites. <br />Task 13 — 100% Design: This task includes increased design effort during the 100% final design <br />phase due to new direction from the COUNTY to have Jacobs perform the final design at both <br />the Story Creek and Lick Creek sites. <br />Task 14 — Public Meeting Support. This is a new task added by the direction of the COUNTY. <br />Jacobs will support the COUNTY up to the hours included in the scope for public meeting needs. <br />This task order covers additional time and expenses to support this Kittitas County project thru <br />March 30, 2019, and is estimated at $170,423. <br />Assumptions & Exceptions: <br />See attached scope <br />Deliverables: <br />See attached scope. <br />
