C"'OE5...S'] <br />x31WW31'TA15 C®xyNT°Y <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />Formal Task ( <br />Jacobs Engineering Group <br />Agreement KCPW2017-19ENG1 <br />Task Order Number 03, Amend 01 <br />Maximum Amount Payable $170,423 Completion Date 3/30/19 <br />The general provisions and clauses of Local Agency Agreement Number KCPW2017 <br />19ENG1 shall be in full force and effect for this Task Order. <br />Location of Project: Teanaway Road, MP 6.9 & 8.64 <br />Project Title: Teanaway Road Hydraulic Improvements <br />Description of Work: <br />The COUNTY has directed Jacobs to perform additional design and environmental effort at the <br />Story Creek and Lick Creek project sites. The COUNTY has also directed Jacobs to develop and <br />design a new alignment for Lick Creek between Teanaway Road and the Teanaway River. <br />Because of these changes, Jacobs will provide increased effort for project management, <br />hydraulics, permitting, and environmental documentation; decreased effort for right-of-way; and <br />new effort for civil and structural design for the Teanaway Road Hydraulic Improvement Project. <br />The Tasks are summarized below. See attached scope for more detail of each Task. <br />Task 01 - Project Management: This task includes management, project controls, and <br />administrative tasks related to scheduling, invoicing, quality reviews, client and team <br />coordination, meeting attendance, and team direction. <br />Task 02 —Data Analysis: No change from the original task order. <br />Task 03 — Geotechnical Field Investigation: No change from the original task order. <br />Task 04 — Geotechnical Engineering Analysis and Report: No change from the original task <br />order. <br />
