Kittitas County <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />Agenda Date: March 20, 2018 <br /> <br />Action Requested: Adopt a resolution directing all public boards, committees and <br />commissions be clerked by an employee and certain functions <br />performed by such employee <br /> <br />Background: In a public meeting on November 11, 2017 the Records Management <br />Committee recommended to the board each public board, <br />committee, and commission be clerked by a county employee who <br />serves as its public records officer and records officer.
