Easton Ridge Land Company's purchase of Lot 3 in Easton Acres <br />requires Easton Ridge Land Company to comply with the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Easton <br />Acres (Copy Attached). Note the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions run with the land and may not be <br />changed with out a 75% majority vote of Easton Acres owners. Marian Meadows Preliminary plat <br />Application indicates an intention to sub divide Lot 3 of Easton Acres into five individual building lots. <br />This action would be a clear violation of the Easton Acres Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and <br />result in civil action if this intended violation is continued. <br />As the lot line adjustment associated with Lot 3 of Easton Acres indicates the new parcel number 20-13- <br />12000-0013 must be sold with parcel number 20-13-01000-0013 we believe the Covenants, Conditions and <br />Restriction of Easton Acres are extended to include parcel number 20-13-01000-0013. <br />At this time the undersigned property owners of Easton Acres advise Easton Ridge Land Company to <br />amend the Marian Meadows Application to comply with the Easton Acres Covenants, Conditions and <br />Restrictions. <br />Sincerely <br />��C i [ i o; 1i - <br />(ofd j ✓ <br />
