This matter was remanded by the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners for the exclusive <br />the purpose of the Hearing Examiner to review the record regarding whether there is <br />sufficient evidence in the record to support the criteria set forth in Kittitas County Code <br />17.3 6.045. <br />2. Accordingly, the Hearing Examiner hereby reopens the record in this matter for the exclusive <br />Purpose of the Hearing Examiner reviewing this record and to issue an Amended <br />Recommended Decision that includes a specific discussion as to whether there is sufficient <br />evidence in the record to support the criteria set forth in Kittitas County Code 17.36.045, <br />3.
