Project <br />contribution to these measures is identified in the FEIS. Such contributions can be <br />made a condition of a Development Agreement, with amounts identified appropriate to <br />the 89 unit current proposal. The applicant shall to contact the Kittitas Valley Fire <br />District to determine appropriate mitigation measures. BPA does not allow structures to be <br />built within the right-of-way, nor does it allow access to be blocked to any transmission facilities. <br />Any activity that is to occur within the right -of way may be addressed to BPA real Estate Field <br />Services at (877) -417-9454". <br />b) BPA shall be allowed the opportunity to review the location of proposed roads, use of existing access <br />roads, snow storage, utilities, etc. to ascertain whether or not the uses can be permitted. The owner <br />shall submit a land use application, the associated $250 application fee, and acquire a Land Use <br />Agreement from BPA in addition to the County's building permit for any portion of the owner's <br />development plans that lie within BPA's right —of -way. <br />
