Marian Meadows Rezone and Subdivision Final Environmental Impact Statement 2-10
This scenario includes 25 percent workforce families, with 25 percent retired residents, and
50 percent part-time recreational residents.
These scenarios do not affect the physical layout of the site, but have different impacts on public services
such as schools and utility services.
3 What is the project schedule and phasing?
The project schedule and phasing are unknown due to current economic condition. After initiation of
construction of infrastructure, the applicant estimates that for the 225-unit preliminary plat in the western
portion of the site 45 lots placed on the market each year.
Between 2000 and 2008 an average of 43 new homes were built each year in the Easton School District,
which extends from south of Easton to Snoqualmie Pass. Since 2008 there have been very few new
building permits issued in the area.
For the entire 443-unit PUD, buildout of the project has been assumed to take about 10 years after
initiation of construction of infrastructure.
