4. Facilitate a comprehensive, coordinated, and integrated service system to meet the complex needs of adolescents, transitional aged youth, and their families with substance use disorders and/or co- occurring substance use and mental health disorders. 5. Provide, or contract to provide, education and messaging on making healthy choices that includes no use of any substances. B. NETWORK PARTNERS RESPONSIBILITIES NETWORK PARTNERS agree, if ELLENSBURG SCHOOL DISTRICT 4401 is awarded an "Enhancement and Expansion of Treatment and Recovery Services for Adolescents, Transitional Aged Youth, and their Families" grant by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, to undertake the following responsibilities with respect to the Understanding: 1. Coordinate with ELLENSBURG SCHOOL DISTRICT #401 Youth Service/Recovery Support Coordinator and Family Coordinator to provide criminal justice, education, employment, family support, housing, mental health, primary care, recovery support, and/or other services to adolescents, transitional aged youth, and their families with substance use disorders and/or co- occurring substance use and mental health disorders. II. TERM This Understanding is effective September 30, 2018 and shall continue until September 29, 2023. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Understanding to be duly executed.
