4. Facilitate a comprehensive, coordinated, and integrated service system to meet the complex needs <br />of adolescents, transitional aged youth, and their families with substance use disorders and/or co- <br />occurring substance use and mental health disorders. <br />5. Provide, or contract to provide, education and messaging on making healthy choices that includes <br />no use of any substances. <br />B. NETWORK PARTNERS RESPONSIBILITIES <br />NETWORK PARTNERS agree, if ELLENSBURG SCHOOL DISTRICT 4401 is awarded an <br />"Enhancement and Expansion of Treatment and Recovery Services for Adolescents, Transitional <br />Aged Youth, and their Families" grant by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services <br />Administration, to undertake the following responsibilities with respect to the Understanding: <br />1. Coordinate with ELLENSBURG SCHOOL DISTRICT #401 Youth Service/Recovery Support <br />Coordinator and Family Coordinator to provide criminal justice, education, employment, family <br />support, housing, mental health, primary care, recovery support, and/or other services to <br />adolescents, transitional aged youth, and their families with substance use disorders and/or co- <br />occurring substance use and mental health disorders. <br />II.
