17) Festival Parking Lot <br />This parking area will be attended by CMS staff in order to assure proper flow of traffic and maintain safety <br />access lanes. <br />18) Festival Grounds <br />19) Emergency Access <br />This lane will be maintained at all times and will be a minimum of 20ft. With a quick move of one Type 3 <br />barricade at the road block, emergency crews will be able to access all parts of the festival grounds, as well as <br />through the parking lot and along the detour route. With the fire department located less than a mile North <br />along SR906, CMS and Chinook Fest staff will be able to aid in any health or accident related issues. There will <br />also be two Sheriffs on site for the duration of the weekend to help Chinook Fest security and medics respond <br />quickly to anything that may arise. <br />20) Road Block and Sign — SUMMIT STAFF ACCESS ONLY <br />3 parade rail barricades will span this small access roadway. This road leads to an overflow parking lot. In the <br />event that additional parking is needed, this road will be opened for festival parking and the detour will remain <br />intact. <br />
