16) Sign —DETOUR AHEAD 11 /OR/ ROAD CLOSED, LOCAL ACCESS ONLY <br />Warns anyone getting off of 1-90 at exit 54. <br />This sign will be adjacent to a festival sign that directs festival-goers in that direction. <br />Again, we are unsure as to whether we need both of the traffic signs. Would you prefer that we say the road is <br />closed, or that there is a detour ahead? What is clearer for the traveler and keeps unneeded traffic off of the <br />detour route? <br />
