10) Sign —DETOUR -- <br />This sign will funnel travelers hoping to detour around the festival into the designated lanes along the perimeter <br />of the parking lot, keeping them moving past the festival parking entrance. <br />11) Sign — FESTIVAL PARKING ONLY <br />A Crowd Management Services (CMS) professional will be stationed at this location 10:OOam—11:OOpm, each <br />operational day of the festival, directing festival traffic into the parking area and directing any travelers without <br />tickets on to the detour route. <br />12) Barricades <br />4 x Type 3 barricades spanning the width of SR906 and the shoulders. These barricades will have blinking lights <br />that will be activated at night. <br />
