Proposed measures to preserve or enhance wildlife, if any. . <br />The habitat along Currier Creek will be enhanced and preserved, the riparian/shoreline areas will be <br />within the designated open space area and protected from residential building but not excluded from <br />being a portion of lots. A stream habitat enhancement plan will be developed and managed by the <br />applicant for portions of Currier Creek that travel through this proposed plat <br />6. ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES <br />a. What kinds of energy (electric, natural gas, oil, wood stove, <br />solar) will be used to meet the competed projects energy needs? <br />Describe whether it will be used for heating, manufacturing, etc. <br />Electricity and gas will be used in the residences to be built. It is possible that <br />solar energy and wood stoves will be included in the residences as well. <br />b. Would your project affect the potential use of solar energy by <br />adjacent properties? If so, describe. <br />There will be no effect on neighboring solar energy uses by this project. <br />C. What kinds of energy conservation features are included in the <br />plans of this proposal? List other proposed measures to reduce or control <br />energy impacts, if any. <br />The covenants will include provisions for energy conservation. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />a. Are there any environmental health hazards, including exposure to <br />toxic chemicals, risk of fire and explosion, spill, or hazardous waste, that could <br />occur as a result of this proposal? If so, describe <br />We anticipate no environmental health hazards with this project. An <br />Environmental Hazard assessment has been conducted on this property prior to <br />Purchasing of property. <br />1) Describe special emergency services that might be required. <br />Emergency services related to Police, Fire and Medical will be provided <br />for through the County 911 service. The City of Ellensburg's Police, <br />and Fire Department Services will be used if this property is annexed <br />into city limits. Medical facilities would be utilized within the County, <br />specifically within the City of Ellensburg and it's local hospital. The <br />proposal is also within Fire District # 2 jurisdiction. <br />2) Proposed measures to reduce or control environmental health <br />hazards, if any. <br />There will be no environmental health hazards located on the property. <br />As for possible issues, the jurisdictional agency would be contacted, <br />
