Notice of SEPA Action <br />Proposal to Phase Approved Preliminary Plat through Development Agreement <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to RCW 43.21(C), Kittitas County Community Development <br />Services did on April 28, 2016 make a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) to Chad Bala, agent for <br />Cle Elum Pines East and West LLC, for a proposal to create a development agreement to permit the final <br />plat approval in five separate phases. Without approval of the development agreement, the final plat will <br />be completed for the entire project without phasing. Approval of the proposal will not change the <br />approved preliminary plat design or conditions for approval and therefore, has been determined to have <br />no significant environmental impact. The subject property is located north of Dry Creek Road and west of <br />Reecer Creek Road comprising a portion of the W ½ of Section 27, T 18N, R 18 E.W.M in Kittitas <br />County. Ruby St. Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926. <br /> <br />Any action to set aside, enjoin, review, or otherwise challenge such administrative SEPA action on the <br />grounds of noncompliance with the provisions of chapter 43.21(C) RCW shall be commenced on or <br />before May 12, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. to the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners, Rm. 108, County <br />Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA 98926.
