Without approval of the development <br />agreement, the final plat will be completed for the entire project <br />without phasing. Approval of the proposal will not change the <br />approved preliminary plat design or conditions for approval and <br />therefore, has been determined to have no significant environmental <br />impact. The subject property is located north of Dry Creek Road <br />and west of Reecer Creek Road comprising a portion of the W ‰ of <br />Section 27, T 18N, R 18 E.W.M in Kittitas County. Ruby St. Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA <br />98926. <br />Any action to set aside, enjoin, review, or otherwise challenge such <br />administrative SEPA action on the grounds of noncompliance with <br />the provisions of chapter 43.21(C) RCW shall be commenced on or <br />before May 12, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. to the Kittitas County Board of <br />Commissioners, Rm. 108, County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA <br />98926.
