Develop and implement an external public relations campaign to promote the <br /> County’s events, attractions, facilities and destinations. <br /> <br />5. Administration <br /> a. Participate in the County’s Lodging Tax Advisory Committee meetings. <br /> b. Submit a monthly account of expenses incurred. <br /> c. Obtain, analyze and apply data related to tourism activities in such a manner as <br /> to aid the review of the effectiveness of the County tourism development efforts. <br /> d. Submit quarterly reports to the County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee about <br /> services completed and the state and effectiveness of tourism promotion efforts. <br /> As requested, but at least twice a year, present such reports in person to the Board <br /> of County Commissioners. <br /> e.
