<br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 14 <br /> <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br /> <br />Under the supervision and direction of the Kittitas County Lodging Tax Advisory <br />Committee (LTAC), the Chamber agrees to provide the following services and engage in <br />the following activities in support of the County tourism development effort: <br /> <br />1. Visitor Information Center – Ellensburg and Cle Elum <br /> a. Establish, operate, and maintain Visitor Information Centers for the purpose of: <br /> i. Greeting visitors; <br /> ii. Displaying promotional brochures; <br /> iii. Offering assistance, and <br /> iv. Answering requests for tourism and visitor information. <br /> <br />2. Website Maintenance <br /> a. Maintain a public website that promotes County tourism and provides <br /> information for visitors. <br /> b. Track website traffic statistics including, but not limited to, page views, unique <br /> visitors, seach terms, entry and exit pages. <br /> c. Update content, events and daily monitoring of website. <br /> <br />3. Collateral Materials/Subscriptions <br /> a. Develop promotional materials: <br /> i. Video clips; <br /> ii. Photo library; <br /> iii. Visitor’s Guide; <br /> iv. Star Report. <br /> b. Distribute County tourism information and literature in the County and in other <br /> markets. <br /> c. Maintain stock and periodically review the effectiveness of County racks and <br /> rack locations. <br /> <br />4. Marketing and Advertising <br /> a. Administer, contract and oversee County tourism promotion efforts including: <br /> i. Digital marketing and advertising – paid Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, <br /> Google Adwords, Bing and production costs of ads; <br /> ii. Organic social media – 3x per week posting, 52 weeks per year, all social <br /> media platforms: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram; <br /> iii. Television advertising – media buy, production and creative consult;
