Curriculum Vitae - Sundaram Nataraja <br />o Supported the university initiatives to deliver the programs at the international locations of the <br />affiliated institutions, i.e., Skyline University College, UAE and Skyline Business School, <br />India <br />o Conducted summer sessions to meet the needs of degree students in the fast track for <br />program completion and international non -degree seeking students <br />o Served collaboratively with the academic units to improve the selection, course planning, <br />and scheduling of the course offerings <br />• Promoted diversity and global engagement in graduate education in collaboration with internal and <br />external partners in Chile, Colombia, Malaysia, Kenya, and UAE <br />o Offered graduate programs at several international affiliate's locations upon hiring and <br />developing diversified faculty members and students <br />o Graduated 7,432 students in these countries through the Best of Both Worlds programs <br />without having them travel to the United States <br />o Fostered faculty exchange, student exchange, and study abroad opportunities between NAU <br />and international affiliates and established academic partnerships with affiliates in Chile, <br />Colombia, and Malaysia <br />• Coordinated graduate program review and curriculum development activities and established <br />advisory committees for graduate programs as participants in the planning, development, and <br />modification of curriculum and programs <br />o Reviewed four academic programs and developed the MBA program at Skyline <br />o Established advisory committees for graduate programs at NAU <br />■ Worked collaboratively with the Office of Admissions and the Registrar to manage admissions and <br />enrollment services <br />o Recruited 118 and 742 international students to NAU Graduate School to Skyline University <br />College respectively originating from India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and China <br />o Evaluated the foreign educational credentials to equate to the UAE standards for admission <br />o Designed a placement test and admission criteria equivalent to international standards to <br />admit UAE nationals into Skyline programs, by which 3,763 students were admitted <br />o Conducted personality test for high-school seniors, with the help of a specially designed <br />software, to identify the potential and help them to embark on a suitable program of study <br />• Enhanced graduate programs in business and management areas <br />o Developed a new graduate business program majoring in insurance, real estate, and tourism <br />management at NAU and a new graduate business program majoring in hospitality <br />management, business economics, management information systems, and logistics and <br />supply chain management at Skyline University College <br />• Maintained high-quality graduate programs through continuous program assessment <br />o As the Academic Dean, created two director positions, one each for assessment and <br />institutional effectiveness at Skyline University College to ensure educational quality and <br />continuous improvement <br />7 <br />
