<br />o Developed an Institutional Effectiveness System, in which 31 different mechanisms/tools
<br />were used to measure the effectiveness of the programs, student learning, facilities, and
<br />resources
<br />o Provided collaborative leadership in the College upon valuing and encouraging the
<br />contributions of varied and individual faculty, departments and programs; and recruiting and
<br />retaining outstanding staff
<br />■ Taught master's- and doctorate -level courses on blended mode including online and on -campus.
<br />• Developed ample opportunities to enhance resources including adjunct faculty resources, learning
