CITY, ST, ZIP: <br />EMAIL: <br />Final Request for Payment: The COUNTY must submit final requests for compensation <br />within 30 -days after the expiration date of this Agreement or the end of the fiscal year, <br />whichever is earlier. Failure to comply with this timeline may result in denial of any such <br />claim. <br />ASSIGNMENT <br />The COUNTY may assign or delegate the work to be completed under this Agreement to an <br />Agent with the written approval of the COMMISSION. Any such Agent shall comply with the <br />requirements of this Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated by the COUNTY, the COUNTY shall be <br />reimbursed only for performance rendered or costs incurred in accordance with the terms of <br />this Agreement prior to the effective date of termination.
