We request that we be allowed to place a sandwich board type sign on both Bowers Road and Airport <br />Road to warn and inform drivers that they are approaching our event and to please watch for <br />pedestrians. We would also post signs directing competitors and spectators to their respective parking. <br />Appendix D <br />Participants will park race vehicles backed in on the SW side of Bowers Business Loop road as well as in <br />rows on the Airport Business Park property. Tow vehicles will be parked in the dirt areas of the Business <br />park site as well as overflow areas as available. Spectator parking will be planned based upon available <br />space and club members will be tasked with directing people to available spaces. (see Map 2) <br />Appendix E <br />Sand and Sage Sports Car Club will provide garbage receptacles and Recycling receptacles in all <br />participant and spectator areas (see Map 1) and will assign members to monitor their status. We will <br />dispose of all collected trash and patrol the area for any loose trash. We will also announce that all at <br />sight are expected to use provided receptacles. <br />
