GCBH Agreement No. KITTITAS-MHBG-09110-00 <br />policies or procedures by the Contractor relating to the fulfillment of its obligations pursuant to <br />this Agreement. GCBH may extend or reduce the time allowed for corrective action <br />depending upon the nature of the situation. <br />i. Corrective action plans must include: <br />o A brief description of the finding; and <br />o Specific actions to be taken, a timetable, a description of the monitoring to be <br />performed, the steps taken and responsible individuals that will reflect the resolution of <br />the situation. <br />ii. Corrective action plans are subject to approval by GCBH, which may: <br />o Accept the plan as submitted; <br />o Accept the plan with specified modifications; <br />o Request a modified plan; or <br />o Reject the plan. <br />(2) Hold on Invoices <br />GCBH may hold the processing of any invoices under this Agreement, until corrective action <br />has achieved resolution. GCBH at its sole discretion may release a portion or all of any <br />payments withheld once satisfactory resolution has been achieved. <br />15- <br />
