Notice of Application <br />Windbent Ranch Preliminary Plat <br />LP -08-00016 <br />Pursuant to RCW 36.708, notice is hereby given that on April 24, 2008, Andrew and <br />Michelle Schmidt, landowners, applied for an 8 -lot preliminary plat on approximately 25.65 <br />acres of land that is zoned Agricultural -3, located east of Wilson Creek Road and south of <br />Game Farm Road, in Ellensburg, WA 98926. The property is located in a portion of Section <br />32, T18N R19E, W.M. in Kittitas County. Map number: 18-19-32010-0003. <br />Written comments from the public may be submitted to Community Development Services <br />no later than July 7, 2009 by 5:00 p.m., after which the environmental threshold <br />determination will be issued pursuant to RCW 43.21C (State Environmental Policy Act). <br />This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this <br />proposal pursuant to SEPA. A Mitigated Determination of Non -Significance (MDNS) is <br />expected to be issued. A copy of the environmental threshold determination will be <br />available to the public upon request. This proposal may include, incorporate or require <br />mitigation measures under applicable codes regardless of whether a Determination of <br />Significance (DS) is issued and subsequent Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is <br />prepared. <br />Any person desiring to express their views or to be notified of the action taken on this <br />application should contact the Kittitas County Community Development Services (CDS). <br />The submitted application and related filed documents may be examined by the public at <br />the CDS office at 411 N.
