The property is located in a portion of Section 32, T18N <br />R19E, W.M. in Kittitas County. Map number: 18-19-32010-0003. <br />At the end of the comment period an environmental threshold determination will be issued pursuant to <br />RCW 43.21C (State Environmental Policy Act). This may be the only opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of this proposal pursuant to the State Environmental Policy Act. A Mitigated <br />Determination of Non Significance (MDNS) is expected to be issued. A copy of the threshold determination <br />will be available to the public upon request. <br />The submitted application and related filed documents may be examined by the public at the Kittitas <br />County Community Development Services office at 411 N.
