Wastewater management via a community septic system earns 10 <br />points. <br />This qualifies for the 10 points pursuant to the Performance Based <br />Cluster Code (Ord. 2005-35). The application was submitted and <br />reviewed by County Staff for consistency and processed this <br />application pursuant to County Code. There is public benefit <br />associated with a community septic system for the proposed 12 lots <br />as opposed to individual septic systems. This reduces the number <br />of septic systems in the ground, therefore reducing the chances of a <br />failed system. All local and state regulations will be followed in <br />regards to the installation and operation of the community septic <br />system.
