Lot for house 19 closes on September <br />8, 2018 and transferred into KCHFH's name. <br />Strategy 3 - KCHFH will continue to work with the <br />Strategy #31- <br />(What will you do to achieve your goal?) <br />City of Ellensburg to acquire 17 Water/Bender <br />Street lots. <br />1) Met with Kristen Sackett (Community Development Director) and City of <br />SIlensburg employees in July 2017 regarding possibility of partnership on <br />WaterBender Street lots; 2) Site plan has been rteated by Cnoornpass <br />Enginneering and will be voted on by KCHFH board of directors on <br />Measurable Objectives: <br />September 19, 2017. 3) Once approved by the board, KCHFH will complete <br />the pre -application, $EPA Environmental documents and all required <br />documentation. At that point we will schedule a meeting with Kristen Sackett <br />to move to next steps.
