5/10/2017 <br />To the Kittitas County Planning Department, <br />We are the Fausts and we live at the end of Murray Lane off Carroll Rd. We are writing to <br />oppose the issuing of a permit to expand the pit east of us on Prater Rd. There are already so <br />many gravel trucks we can no longer walk on the road. We have to pull out onto Carroll Rd. <br />when we leave and we constantly worry about getting hit by a truck flying over the top of the <br />hill. These trucks do not do the speed limit. I also wonder about how well the road is going to <br />hold up to the amount of trucks driving on it every day. There are already cracks forming by the <br />stop sign at Badger Pocket Road. <br />Please consider making this an area where no exhaust brakes are allowed and possibly lowering <br />the speed limit to make it safer. <br />Thankyou, <br />i� �i I(\�L. <br />
