Develop Special Provision(s) for scour and/or bank protection. <br />3.3. Develop 90% cost estimate for hydraulic elements. <br />3.4. Perform Quality Control per the Project Specific Quality Plan on the deliverables prior <br />to submission to the COUNTY. <br />4. ROADWAY <br />4.1. Prepare contract plans for the Manastash Road Bridge, which shall include the <br />following information: <br />4.1.1. Horizontal Alignment <br />4.1.2. Vertical Alignment <br />4.1.3. Typical Sections <br />4.1.4. Traffic Barrier(s) location (outside of bridge limits) <br />4.1.5. Detail(s) <br />4.2. Coordination with COUNTY staff for incorporation of MOT and upstream bank <br />stabilization plans and special provisions provided by the COUNTY .. <br />4.3. Develop Special Provisions for roadway construction <br />4.4. Produce a compiled set of plans, Special Provisions, and cost estimate from all <br />disciplines <br />4.5. Develop 90% Summary of Quantities <br />4.6. Develop 90% cost estimate for roadway elements <br />4.7. Provide responses to 60°% Over -The -Shoulder review comments <br />4.8. Update the Preliminary Basis of Design document for any outstanding issue resolution, <br />project change(s), new/changed design decisions, etc. This document will be <br />considered the Draft Basis of Design. <br />4.9. Perform Quality Control per the Project Specific Quality Plan on the deliverables prior <br />to submission to the COUNTY. <br />5. DELIVERABLES <br />5.1. STRUCTURAL <br />S.I.I.
