Review Mineral Resource Lands, Forestry and Long-term Agriculture designations <br /> <br />Phase 4 Time and Materials Fee Estimate: $11,200 <br />PHASE 5 – UPDATE OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ELEMENTS <br /> <br /> Task 5.0: Update Executive Summary, Vision Statement, and Chapter 1 <br /> <br />5.0.1 Summarize the public participation and outreach process used in the development <br />of the current Plan. <br />5.0.2 Update Vision Statement per Advisory Committee recommendation. <br />5.0.3 Summarize amendments to County Codes, Plans and Standards since last update. <br /> <br />Deliverable: Updated Executive Summary, Vision Statement and Chapter 1. <br /> <br /> Task 5.1: Update Land Use Element. <br />5.1.1 Ensure Land Use Element meets requirements as outlined in Department of <br />Commerce Periodic Update Checklist. <br />5.1.2 Update all data, including population, land use designation acres. <br /> Incorporate findings of Berk Land Capacity Analysis.
