Improve Wye Park trailheadfacilities including public restrooms,and wetlandflood basin. •CoalTraxMountain Bike &Skills Park Develop a destination mountain bike park on 30 acres of land for all skill levels and all age groups completingthe already initiated by volunteerefforts.Complete park improvementsincluding parking,signage,and trail improvements. 3.Real Property:If real property acquisition is a componentof the project,please explain.Include any information of property already secured or evidence of the ability to secure the real property. This Towns to TeanawayCorridor grant applicationfocuses on the acquisition of 243 acres of property consisting of multiple parcels with three different landowners.One landowner holds 11 parcels (160 acres)and is willing to sell the property for the purposes of recreational connectivity.Two other landowners hold one parcel each (20 acres and 63 acres)and partners have or will engage these landowners to negotiatea sale.Our list of partners includes multiple local, regional,and global scale non-profit land trusts that have experiencein successfully negotiatingwith private landowners,finding state,federal,and private funding sources to successfully implementprojects similar to the Towns to TeanawayCorridor project. 4.Coordination:Please explain how this project has been coordinated with other jurisdictions as well as affected stakeholders.Please include letters of support from stakeholders. There have been two stakeholdermeetings with regard to this project;the first took place in January of 2017 and the second in March of 2017.There were representativesfrom 13 stakeholdergroups at these meetingsand all agreed to assist with coordinating this project.The stakeholderspresent included: Washington Trails Association,Roslyn Urban Forest,Kittitas Conservation Trust, Roslyn City Council Members,CWU Geography Department,WA Department of Natural Resources,Western Conservation Project,Kittitas County Park & Recreation District No.1,Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust,Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance,Suncadia Fund for Community Enhancement,Tapas SustainableForest Collaborativeand The Nature Conservancy.During these meetingswe determined that we would continue to collaborateand cooperate to realize the common objectiveof recreational connectivity.The next stakeholder meeting is scheduled to be held the week of April 17th 5.Studies:Please attach any feasibility or other studies that demonstratelinkages between the proposed project and the anticipated tourism impacts.Also please include your operations/maintenancestrategy and other plans for long-term
