State of Washington Department of Ecology Kittitas County Public Health KCPHD Solid Waste Enforcement Project Agreement No. W2RCPG-1517-KiCPHD-00089 Amendment No. 2 Note: The RECIPIENT will not be able to complete Task 3 (Unsecured Loads Community Outreach), and requested to transfer $3,895.70 of the obligated CPG budget from this task to Task I (Solid Waste Enforcement). Task Goal Statement: RECIPIENT will maintain an surveillance, enforcement, education, and compliance program with the goal of increasing the percentage of secure loads that come into solid waste facilities & prevent accidental litter from becoming a public and environmental health nuisance. Task Expected Outcome: The percentage of secured loads entering solid waste facilities will be increased, accidental litter from unsecured loads will be decreased, and public and environmental degradation and nuisances will be prevented.
