The Individualized Technical Assistance consultant shall develop and implement <br />a plan for providing technical assistance that supports in removing identified <br />employment barriers. Planning shall include all interested parties including the <br />client, family members, friends, employment providers, teachers, DDA Case <br />Resource Managers, and any other person identified by the client as being <br />significant in their employment planning process. This plan will incorporate <br />clients' individual choices, reflect integration, natural supports, and promote <br />clients' individual rights and self-determination. Plans will be reviewed and signed <br />by the client and employment provider. <br />a. Deliverable: A copy of the Individual Technical Assistance plan and a <br />summary of the services indicated shall be provided to the County and <br />DDA Case Resource Manager.
