COtvIPENSA,rION a) Any work performed prior to eMctivc date of Chis Agreement will be at the sole expense and risk of the RECIPIENT. ECOLOGY must sign the Agreement before any payment requests can be submitted. b) Payments will be made on reimbursable basis For approved and completed work as specified in this Agreement. c) RECIPIENT is responsible to determine if costs are eligible. Any questions regarding eligibility S1101111d be clarified with ECOLOGY prior to incurring costs. Costs that are conditionally eligible require approval by ECOLOGY prior to expenditure.
