Purvine, CPA, PLLC related to the Fehr <br />& Peers Indirect Cost Rate for the above referenced fiscal year. Mr. Purvine audited the <br />Fehr & Peers indirect costs for compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), <br />Subpart 3I. Our office did not review his audit work. <br />Based on our acceptance of the CPA's audit, we are issuing this memo establishing the <br />Fehr & Peers Indirect Cost Rate for fiscal year ending December 25, 2015 at 178.54% of <br />direct labor. <br />Costs billed to agreements will still be subject to audit of actual costs, based on the terms <br />and conditions of the respective agreement. <br />This was not a cognizant review.
