Away from their place of residence or business and staying overnight in paid accommodations; <br />2. To a place fifty miles or more away from their place of residence or business for the day or staying overnight; <br />3, or from another country or state outside of their place of residence or business. <br />You must provide the evidence utilized in determining your projections. <br />Response 2.1: 1. Away fromtheir place of residence or business and staying overnight in paid accornmdations; <br />Projection * We predict that 616 people will visit from outside their place of residence or <br />business for these events. In addition, we believe this could bring $52,360 to <br />Kittitas County. <br />2500 character lirrit <br />Response 2.1; According to a 2015 downtown zip code survey, 28% of those surveyed were <br />Evidence * visiting from outside their place of residence or business (600 people for <br />Restaurant Week + 1,600 people for Girls Night Out= 2,200 people. 2,200 x 28%= <br />616). <br />According to the Dean Runyan report for Kittitas County, the average expenditures <br />for out of town visitors per person, per day is $85 (616 x 85= $52,360 in potential <br />spending). <br />We will continue to do surveys, review google analytics, and review registration <br />forms to verify attendance information. <br />2500 characterlimt <br />Response 2.2: 2.To a place fifty Mies or rrore away fromtheir place of residence or business for the day or staying overnight; <br />Projection * We predict 528 people will visit from 50 miles away or more for these events.
