Prior Year Paid In prior years, we have verbally surveyed people as they entered a venue for one Overnight's Stay of the screenings. We asked for zip codes to determine where attendees came Response* from. We provided EFF information for all hotels oath signage asking guests to tell the staff if they were attending the Festival to get a "goody bag". After the Festival, we surveyed the hotels to see how many guests were in town for the Festival and how many nights those guests stayed. For 2017, we plan to have a printed survey asking people questions about the distance they traveled and their hotel stay. As an incentive to ensure people complete the survey, we will have a dravang and give away Festival passes to the 2018 event. We will also continue to work with the hotels in the same manner as past years. 2500 character limit.
