Paid Overnights' Data Support <br />Explain how the room nights data above from the prior year was collected and how the projection for the next year is <br />derived. (For example, if there was a survey conducted for the prior year, explain the methodology. For the projections, <br />what are they based upon and how is that basis justified?) <br />Prior Year Paid 2017 Bird Fest overnight data was collected through an online survey sent to all <br />Overnight's Stay attendees and strategically extrapolated based on ticket sales address data. <br />Response* <br />We had 31 responses to our online survey - which was slightly hampered by the <br />fact that we had 'group' ticket purchases. In other words, only one person's <br />name/address was on the tickets, but they purchased for 2 or more people. This <br />year we will require names for all tickets purchased so we can clearly communicate <br />with individual attendees.
