What strategies will you employ to assure you are attracting tourists fromat least 50 miles away? <br />100% of our marketing dollars (with the exception of some copies of print material) <br />will be spent outside of Kittitas County. <br />Our business relies almost exclusively on tourism from the Puget Sound area so we <br />have no doubt our primary draw is outside of the county. <br />2500 character lirrit <br />C. What strategies will you use to assist in marketing all of KAtitas County as a tourist destination with your <br />event/project funding request? <br />In order for us to be successful at anything we do (including this event) we have to <br />highlight the beauty, dry weather, recreational opportunities, convenience of being <br />centrally located between Seattle/Spokane, and the fine dining experiences <br />already. <br />Wrapping all of these attributes together into our marketing is critical already and <br />our event campaign will be no different. <br />In addition, the numerous classes and lectures held at the event will equip outdoor <br />enthusiasts with the skills and knowledge to return and recreate within ALL of <br />Kittitas County throughout the year. The river floating skills, fly fishing skills, trail <br />horsemanship, outdoor cooking, wingshooting, etc. are all applicable outdoor <br />activities at various locations and times of the year.
