Explain how this infrastructure project has been coordinated, or will be coordinated with other <br />jurisdictions, such as counties, cities, state/federal agencies, and with %economic development <br />organizations during planning, design, financing, construction and/or operation phases. <br />This project was identified through the Comprehensive Water System Plan approved by the Department of <br />Health and the Department of Ecology in June of 2014. It was subesequently promulgated by the Roslyn City <br />Council. The WSP included multiple public hearings and associated comment periods as required under <br />WAC 246-290 prior to approval and promulgation. WAC 246-290 also requires submittal of this plan to the <br />local county public health and community development departments for thier respective reviews. This <br />particular design effort will require the acquisition of professional civil engineering services and will require <br />development of a coordination component to ensure those potentially impacted by the project have an <br />opportunity to be heard. <br />12 <br />
