AGENDA DATE: November 3, 2026
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to acknowledge a Professional Service Agreement
between the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and 1st Watch Wellness LLC.
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office seeks a confidential, proactive
wellness program tailored to public-safety personnel and available to covered sworn and
nonsworn employees and eligible family members. Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office
initially covered workforce consists of 42 employees. 1st Watch provides Annual
Wellness Checkups, confidential Individual Sessions, App-based scheduling and
resources, peer-support and wellness training, program consultation, aggregate reporting,
and critical-incident support.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to acknowledge a Professional Service Agreement
between the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and 1st Watch Wellness LLC.
HANDLING: No handling.
