AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: November 03, 2026
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution to Award the Contract for the
Kittitas County Repetitive Loss Area Analysis and authorize the
Public Works Water Resources Manager to negotiate and execute a
Professional Services Agreement.
BACKGROUND: On October 06, 2026, the Kittitas County Board of County
Commissioners authorized advertisement of a Request for
Statement of Qualifications for the Kittitas County Repetitive Loss
Area Analysis (RLAA).
Two (2) submittals were received by the closing date of October
23, 2026, and were reviewed by Kittitas County Public Works
Staff.
Staff recommend that Ardurra Group, Inc. be the selected firm for
this project.
INTERACTION: Public Works.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution selecting Ardurra Group, Inc. for the
RLAA and authorize Public Works Water Resources Manager to
negotiate and execute a Professional Services Agreement.
HANDLING: Return one (1) original to Public Works.

NO.: 2026-
AUTHORIZING THE SELECTION OF ARDURRA GROUP, INC. FOR THE KITTITAS
COUNTY REPETATIVE LOSS AREA ANALYSIS AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC
WORKS WATER RESOURCE MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR SAID PROJECT
WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works advertised a Request for Statement of
Qualifications to conduct the Kittitas County Repetitive Loss Area Analysis; and
WHEREAS: Submittals were due on October 23, 2026; and
WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works received two (2) submittals from qualified firms
who submitted their qualifications for review; and
WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works reviewed the submittals and recommends Ardurra
Group, Inc. to be the selected firm for said services.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the
best interest of the public, does hereby select Ardurra Group, Inc. for the Kittitas
County Repetitive Loss Area Analysis and authorizes the Public Works Water
Resources Manager to Negotiate and Execute a Professional Services Agreement
for said project.
