QUIT CLAIM DEED
The Grantor, KITTITAS COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Washington (“Grantor”),
for and in consideration of Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($860,000.00), the sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, in hand, conveys and quit claims to C.R. WALES INVESTMENTS, LLC, a
Washington limited liability company, (“Grantee”), all interest in the following described real estate, situated
in Kittitas County, State of Washington:
Parcel No. 183734: Parcel 1 – Lots 1 and 2, Block 67, Shoudy’s Second Addition to Ellensburg, in the County
of Kittitas, State of Washington, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 1 of Plats, page 11, records of said
County.
Parcel No. 193734: Parcel 2 – Lot 3, Block 67, Shoudy’s Second Addition to Ellensburg, in the County of
Kittitas, State of Washington, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 1 of Plats, page 11, records of said County.
Parcel No. 043734: Parcel 3 Lot 16, Block 67, Shoudy’s Second Addition to Ellensburg, in the County of
Kittitas, State of Washington, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 1 of Plats, page 11, records of said County.
Parcel No. 133734: Parcel 4, That portion of Lots 9, 10, 11, Block 68, Shoudy’s Second Addition to
Ellensburg, in the County of Kittitas, State of Washington, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 1 of Plats,
page 11, records of said County, lying South and West of a line 50 feet Southwesterly and parallel with the
cent line of the right of way of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company. AND That
portion of Lots, 12, 13, 14 and 15, Block 68, Shoudy’s Second Addition to Ellensburg, in the County of
Kittitas, State of Washington, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 1 of Plats, page 11, records of said County,
lying South and West of a line 50 feet Southwesterly and parallel with the centerline of the right of way of
the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul, and Pacific Railroad Company and lying South and East of the
Southeasterly right of way of State Road No. 7.
TOGETHER WITH the vacated North 20 feet of Ninth Avenue lying adjacent to Lots Nine (9) through
Fifteen (15), inclusive, Block 68, lying east of Euclid Way and South and West of a line 50 feet Southwesterly
and parallel with the center ling of the right of way of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad
Company, which accrues thereto by operation of law.
