ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge an Agreement between Callyo and
The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office for the renewal subscription provided by Motorola
Solutions investigation software.
BACKGROUND: This request is to acknowledge the service agreement with Callyo
and The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office to renew our subscription to software.
Callyo is a secure law enforcement investigative platform that allows undercover
investigators to communicate with suspects through masked phone numbers, exchange
text messages, record communications, and preserve digital evidence. It is an essential
tool for undercover chat operations involving child exploitation and human trafficking,
allowing investigators to maintain their undercover identities while documenting criminal
activity. Callyo enhances officer safety, protects the integrity of investigations, and
provides reliable evidence for successful prosecution.
INTERACTION: This Agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County
Prosecutor’s Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge this Agreement between Callyo and
The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office.
