KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: October 6, 2026 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of the Interlocal Agreement for the Kittitas County <br />Regional Advocacy and Funding Consortium and authorization for execution. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Agreement establishes a countywide framework for coordinated <br />federal advocacy and funding support among the County, <br />participating cities and town, and Central Washington University. <br />Kittitas County serves as administrator; each agency retains its <br />independent authority.
