(Effective dates: 10.15.26- <br />03.31.27) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The agreement between Kittitas County and HopeSource is established for the operations of the <br />Cold Weather Shelter for Kittitas County from October 15, 2026 to March 31, 2027. The <br />agreement outlines the general conditions and scope of work. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved 08/25/26. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved 08/25/26. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the Kittitas County Agreement for Services with <br />HopeSource for the 2026-2027 Cold Weather Shelter Operations.
