Excused: Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz; <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Jodi Larsen, Office <br />Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Jeanne Killgore, <br />HR Director; Josh Fredrickson, Public Works Director/Interim County <br />Engineer and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending September 25, 2026. <br /> <br />REQUEST INTERIM CO. CONST MANAGER COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Josh Fredrickson, Public Works Director/Interim County Engineer <br />requested the Board allow him to offer a stipend to the County <br />Surveyor to take on the duties of the recently vacated Construction <br />Manager position while they work to recruit for the position. He <br />reviewed the vast array of duties that he would be covering and <br />stated he has talked to Mr. Turnbull about all of it and he feels he <br />can take on the additional duties temporarily. The Board supported <br />the request and stated they would wait for the Personnel Action Form <br />(PAF) to be brought forward. <br /> <br />RATIFY CITY OF KITTITAS LETTER COMMISSIONERS
