ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the AFS between Kittitas County and Kittitas
Valley Opportunities. (Effective 7.1.2026-6.30.2027)
BACKGROUND:
The AFS between Kittitas County and KVO is established to provide a coordinated and
comprehensive state and local program of services for persons with developmental disabilities in
accordance with Revised Code of Washington Chapter 71A.14.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved August 24, 2026.
Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved August 24, 2026.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the AFS between Kittitas County and Kittitas
Valley Opportunities (KVO). (Effective 7.1.2026-6.30.2027)
HANDLING:
Please return two fully executed agreements to Public Health.
