2026 AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: September 15, 2026
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to set a Public Hearing on October 6, 2026, at 2:00
pm Local Time, to Consider the Adoption of the Six-Year
Transportation Improvement Program for 2027-2032 and
the 2027 Annual Construction Program.
BACKGROUND: Public Works has prepared a Six-Year Transportation
Improvement Program for 2027-2032 and a 2027 Annual
Construction Program.
Each year Public Works solicits public comment on the
annual and six-year plan. A press release was posted from
July 15 through August 5, 2026, soliciting comments on the
six year and annual plan. Information was also posted on
the Public Works website as well as social media post from
the BOCC office.
INTERACTION: Public Works.
RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing on October 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. to
consider adopting the Six-Year Transportation program for
2027-2032 and the 2027 Annual Construction Program.
HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works.
