Home My WebLink AboutReserve Fund Staff ReportKITTITAS COUNTY Board of County Commissioners AGENDA STAFF REPORT AGENDA DATE: September 1, 2026 ACTION REQUESTED: Authorize and sign the Resolution allowing reimbursement from the Ryegrass Balefill Post-Closure Reserve. ______________________________________________________________________________ BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Solid Waste has paid eligible Ryegrass Balefill post- closure cost from Solid Waste operating revenues. An August 12, 2026 Parametrix review identified $387,209.89 in supportable cost. The Resolution authorizes reimbursement to the appropriate Solid Waste operating fund from the Ryegrass Balefill Post Closure Reserve. INTERACTION: Kittitas County Solid Waste, Auditors and County administration.
